Bitter. Made to sip.** This is your new pre-dinner ritual—rebelliously alcohol-free, yet rich with the complexity and character of a true Italian bitter. Crafted with gentian, bergamot, oak bark, and spice, ROSSO brings intensity and elegance to the aperitivo hour. **Serve it right, and you’ll never miss the booze.** **PERFECT SERVE:** **Neat on the rocks. Garnished with a caper.** Nothing else. No distractions. Just pure, complex flavour that earns its place at the table—before dinner, or instead of it. Want to mix it up? Add a splash of soda or build your own bitter-forward cocktail. **TASTE**: Citrusy, herbal, and unapologetically bitter. Notes of orange, gentian, bergamot, and floral spice build into a long, layered finish with a slightly peppery edge. We didn’t set out to recreate a classic. We set out to claim the aperitivo hour—and redefine what a bitter can be. REBELS 0.0% ROSSO is our boldest innovation yet: crafted to sip, made to remember, and proudly 0.0%. A rebellion to craft the finest alcohol-free taste. **THE FUTURE IS BETTER BITTER.** ## DETAILS **CONSUME NEAT OR MIXED:** Developed to be enjoyed neat or in a mixed drink. You can find drink recipes on the back label of the bottles or on our [HOW TO MIX page](https://rebels00.com/pages/recipes). **SHELF LIFE:** Once open, consume within 6 months. No need to refrigerate, but store cool and in shade. **WHY REBELS 0.0%?** - 0.0% Alcohol. I've spent years searching for a non-alcoholic bitter that can compete with, or even surpass, the classic alcoholic ones, and my search is finally over. On the rocks, it's simply divine!
