We largely stuck to the recipe that can be found on the website, but we left out the sparkling wine. So we just used the Spritz alternative and soda water and decorated the whole thing with an orange slice. It tasted really delicious! The taste of bittersweet oranges and tart rhubarb comes through really well. I love bitter drinks and for me this version was absolutely perfect. What amazed me was the really authentic taste.
